Thoughts on the New Training Plan?

Hi everyone,
the new training plan for the upcoming season is now available in the members’ area.

We’ve adjusted some of the sessions to better fit everyone’s fitness levels and training goals.

There are also a few new activities designed for beginners who want to build endurance gradually.

I’d love to hear your thoughts — what do you think about the new structure?

I really like the idea of adding more variety to the sessions.
Mixing running drills with strength exercises keeps things interesting.

Will we still have separate groups for different experience levels?

Yes, Eric — we’ll continue with the same three training groups: beginners, intermediate, and advanced.

The goal is to make sure everyone trains at a pace that suits their current level while still being challenged.
