copy.php page part of Membership fee plugins doesn't display.

I am using Membership fee-4.3.1 - Admidio 3.3.1.

Membership fee>Options>Copying which calls for copy.php within plugin folder adm_plugins/mitgliedsbeitrag/copy.php..

Can someone suggest how to fix this?

I noticed address field changed to street in admidio-3.3.1..

Is it ok to simply rename the field to address? & it won't impact anything?
