Admidio Chat Q & A

Dear All,

Can someone help me to understand how the chat module works in admidio?

I activated chat module but i don't see any member list to pick up the member and start chatting.

when i click on chat, i just send message & i guess message broadcast to all members..

Hi Amitabh,

the chat module only works if more than 2 members are within the chat.

If you want to broadcast something only within Admidio than you can use the messages (not email).

Yes but they all Must be in the Chat Window

okay. Thanks.. just a thought, in order to start the chat, may be just click on the member online showing in the sidebar, and can begin the chat.
