Canceled participants show up in overview

Sorry I'm dutch and not german, so I'll try to explain it in English.
We are trying to use your application and we stumbled on a strange thing.
When a participant subscribe to a event with limited room, you will see the number of participants with +1 and in de events overview you will see the participants name as administrator.
When a participant cancel's the subscribtion the subscribers number will be lowered with -1 as expected.
But... when we do the event overview with the participants, we still see there name as subscribed.
Can you help me with fixing this?

Hi,

could you please describe the steps more detailed?

Create a event with participation and max count members? Any other settings?
Are you member of the event? Do you add new members or the members themselves?

I could not reproduce your problem

When a member subscribe to a event with the option Participate, in the Detailed view you wil see that the members will upper with +1 members.
If you look in the Compact - Members view you will see the name of the member(s) which pariticpate to a event.
Then the member logs in and then cancels his participation the Members number in the overview will lower with -1 members.
But, when you go to the view Compact - Members you still will see the participant name at the event, even when the Members number is 0.
When a member even just only cancel his participation, his name is added.

I found that is was a setting in de the module Events.
With the options Save cancellations to events disabled the canceld participants won't show op in the list.

That is what I was looking for...

Hi,

it took a long time but now I could reproduce the problem and fix it.

Please unzip the attached file and replace it in the folder adm_program/system/classes. After that only current members will be shown in the list.
