Failing at index.php

Hi, Newbie just starting to look at this and have uploaded to my server at Ionos. However, cannot launch index.php You can check here: www.icemedalert/admidio/index.php have uploaded all the unzipped files to this location www.icemedalert/admidio/

According to error message I have: Error: Directory /icemedalert/admidio/adm_themes/simple/templates/sys-template-parts/parts: no such file

However I do have this directory and have reloaded to ensure its there
