I would like to modify the word 'Registration' to 'New Member Registration' on the login module in the overview. Searching for where this is has not worked so can you tell me what script/module/php it is in please

Have a look in the language files at adm_program/languages there you will find a translation key for "Registration". But if you change it there you must do it after every update and all places with that string will be changed.
