Create a Registration form with php and html

Hi guys,

i was exploring vary solution for membership system.

I find Admidio a good choice but i have a question.

For my project is important to have 2 different registration form (adult - children with different fields)
so i was wondering if there is a way to create (php and html) registration form from scratch.

Any help would be appreciated

Did you ever manage to get this right ? I would like to do something similiar, and will appreciate any advice on the easiest way to achieve it.
