In the PlayGround a contact cannot be created with an apostrophe in the name. Example:
Testy O'Testerson
We receive the same "The Person could be created." but then we crash on a screen saying:

The URL in the field navigation stack contains invalid characters.
Only alphabetic characters, umlauts, numbers 0-9 and special characters .-+_:/#?= are allowed.
I assume the issue is similar to a 4.x issue https://github.com/Admidio/admidio/issues/1458
