Tracking Membership Duration for Life Member Status

Hello everyone,

Is there an easy way in Admidio to report how long a user has held a specific role?

We need to calculate total membership time (not necessarily continuous) to determine eligibility for “life member” status after 20 years. Ideally, a report or CSV export showing role start and end dates would help us quickly identify members close to 20 years.

Does Admidio already support this, or is there a recommended plugin or workaround?

I’ve been using it for about six years now; it’s quite interesting, as I haven't found a new solution yet.

The main advantage is that you don’t need to export the data to Excel or CSV just to perform calculations. You can view the information directly in Admidio’s Category Report and sort the results by column. The PR doesn’t currently provide filters such as finding all users with a specific number of years, but you can still export the data to CSV or Excel when more advanced filtering is needed.
