Feature Request: Obtaining Location Data of members via API call

To improve the member registration experience and accuracy of location, it would be good practice to use location data via an API call to a service like the United States Postal Service or whichever service the Admin wishes to use to populate the location information of a member. The only information a user would need to enter would be their street address/post box details and their Zip/Postal Code.

The logic behind this would be to ask for a Zip/Postal Code which would then make an API call to the preferred location service to determine City/Town, State/Province, and Country. The user would not need to fill this information out in their profile because it would automatically be populated via the API call.

This process is called geocoding and is already planed with the maps implementation. but this feature will take some time (~1 year) - many other stuff to do
